In-line Rejectors

The drop rejector, as its namesake suggests, drops down all defective products away from the production conveyor belt. This economical rejector is ideal for slower production lines with light products. Compatible with our A&D inspection systems.

Rejected defective products are pushed off the production line by the action of a push arm attached to an air cylinder. This rejector module suitable for rejecting products in larger packages and bags. Compatible with our A&D inspection systems.

The most common type of rejector is the flipper. Defective products are pushed aside by the rejector arms. Compatible with our A&D inspection systems.

This rejection system uses dual blast air jets allowing customers to sort underweights and overweights which simplifies the rework process. The air jet rejector is suitable for rejecting small, lightweight packaged products. Compatible with our A&D inspection systems.
