A&D were proud to support GP Graders (one of Australia’s leading manufacturer of cherry sorting and packing machinery) to develop a solution to improve the cherry filling process for eight new production lines at Cherry Hill Orchards in the beautiful Yarra Valley.
The main objective was to carefully transfer the picked cherries into crates, whilst also ensuring even distribution into all of the various bag and box sizes during the filling process.
Together with GP Graders’ world leading food processing systems, we developed a reliable and intelligent solution incorporating our A&D high speed AD-4402 Batching indicator controller that allowed seamless, uniform distribution.
